In containment application work, one of the challenges with standard polyurea spray elastomer systems relates to overcoating / joining existing material and achieving adhesion after the applied material has exceeded the typical 24-hour recoat window.  This process traditionally involves lightly abrading, followed by wiping with activator solvent, that surface to receive the subsequent coat.  VersaFlex Incorporated has developed the VF 380 liner system, the ONLY non add-on system designed to “Bond Back to Itself” without this traditional required preparation procedure.
